Terms of Service
These Terms govern business use of AssistaNote services by registered organizations.
1. B2B scope
AssistaNote is a business service. By using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and organization data
You must provide accurate account and organization information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for access to your account and for activities performed by users authorized by your organization.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable confidentiality, intellectual-property, privacy and data-protection obligations. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit or process content through AssistaNote.
4. AI-assisted outputs and user responsibility
AssistaNote uses automated and AI-assisted processing to transcribe, structure, summarize and transform user-provided content. Outputs may contain errors or omissions and should be reviewed before they are relied upon, saved or used in another system. The user remains responsible for the final content and decisions made from it.
5. Browser extension and integrations
The AssistaNote browser extension can interact with the active supported web application only when the user invokes its functions. It may identify fields, apply mappings and fill content at the user's request. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AssistaNote with third-party applications is permitted by your organization and by the terms applicable to those applications.
6. Fees and service changes
Paid features, billing periods and subscription terms are defined in the applicable order, plan page or invoice. We may update features, limits or pricing with reasonable notice where required.
7. Data processing
Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Those documents form part of the contractual framework for business customers using AssistaNote.
8. Term and termination
These Terms apply while your organization uses the Service. Access may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the applicable plan or agreement, including for material breach, security risk or non-payment. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
