These Terms govern business use of AssistaNote services by registered organizations.
1. B2B scope
AssistaNote is a business-only service. By using the Service, you represent that you act for a company or organization and have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. Individual consumer use is not supported.
2. Account and company data
Account registration requires valid company identification, including legal company name. You must keep account and company data accurate and up to date.
3. Service use
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your users, content, and compliance with applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.
4. Compliance and medical disclaimer
The Service is software support for documentation workflows and is not a medical device. Outputs do not constitute diagnosis, treatment advice, or clinical decision support; final professional judgment remains with qualified personnel.
5. Fees and changes
Paid features, billing periods, and subscription terms are defined in the applicable order, plan page, or invoice. We may update features or pricing with reasonable notice where required.
6. Data processing
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which forms part of contractual documentation between business parties.
7. Term and termination
These Terms apply while your organization uses the Service. Either party may terminate according to applicable plan terms. On termination, access may be suspended and remaining obligations survive as required by law.
