1. Controller and scope

AssistaNote processes personal data related to business users and authorized personnel of customer organizations. Consumer-facing processing is not in scope.

2. Data categories

We may process account identifiers, company information, contact details, usage metadata, and technical logs required for security and service delivery.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed to provide and secure the Service, administer accounts, support customers, and meet legal obligations. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interest, and legal compliance, as applicable.

4. Retention

We retain personal data only for the period required by operational, contractual, and legal obligations, after which data is deleted or anonymized where feasible.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

Data may be shared with vetted subprocessors providing hosting, security, and support services under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
